Your mission is the future of us all—join us! \#WorkingAtLesaffre \#Wearehiring \#Jointhemission! **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** ***1\.*** Supervise adherence to the production program by carrying out necessary activities for evaporation and filtration of yeast-free wort. ***2\.*** Monitor and control the proper operation of the evaporator and coproduct production—from raw material feed (yeast-free wort) to dispatch of finished product (coproduct). ***3\.*** Verify and monitor maintenance interventions by supervising and applying LOTO devices to scheduled work, ensuring safety and continuity of coproduct production. ***4\.*** Supervise and perform loading of tanks with coproduct via the control system to meet production and customer delivery schedules on time and as required. ***5\.*** Perform cleaning of evaporator circuits or stages and membranes (CIP), monitoring execution both via the automated control system and on-site. ***6\.*** Monitor transfer of semi-finished products, caustic cleaning solutions, acid solutions, and condensates. ***7\.*** Conduct daily walkthroughs and correct any deviations identified. ***8\.*** Generate alerts and work orders for maintenance interventions when required. ***9\.*** Carry out special tests requested by supervisors. ***10*** Prepare and start up evaporator and membrane processes. ***11*** Complete established reports per evaporator procedures and instructions; verify operator-submitted report data and sign to validate information. ***12*** Cover vacations and absences of direct supervisor regarding coproduct-related duties. ***13*** Perform sampling according to the established plan to monitor the process and, if necessary, make adjustments due to any process deviations. ***14*** Collaborate effectively by strictly adhering to all procedures and instructions, and respecting company values (Respect, Humility, Trust, Passion, Entrepreneurial Spirit). ***15*** Proactively supervise equipment performance by overseeing maintenance activities to sustain optimal operating conditions. ***16*** Comply with the GPS management system and carry out relevant activities; maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment; conserve energy and production materials; eliminate waste. ***17*** Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors. ***18*** Collaborate with the fermentation department for receipt of yeast-free wort, and act promptly and appropriately should any deviation occur. ***19*** Know and operate forklifts for tote handling maneuvers. ***20*** Coordinate personnel for cleaning evaporator and membrane workshop equipment, as well as tank loading and tote filling areas. ***21*** When required, cover the roles of coproduct operator and tank operator. **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering (Environmental) Experience: 1–2 years in wastewater treatment plants or renewable energy facilities with similar processes—evaporation, high-pressure filtration, thermodynamic systems, renewable energy sustainability, and basic laboratory analysis (pH-metry). **Additional Information** **We offer a competitive salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements.**
