At **ARADA**, a real estate developer focused on high-quality projects, we are seeking a **Superintendent of Construction** to join our team and lead and supervise the development of vertical civil construction projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Full on-site construction supervision * Coordination and control of engineering disciplines (structural, installations, urbanization, etc.) * Monitoring of construction schedules, progress, and adherence to timelines * Supervision of contractors and on-site personnel * Quality control, construction processes, and project specifications * Reporting of physical progress and identification of deviations * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical guidelines **Experience:** * Earthworks * Foundations * Vertical civil construction * Experience in residential projects and/or vertical developments * Management and supervision of multiple engineering disciplines **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering degree * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles * Leadership, responsibility, and attention to detail * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **We offer:** * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development * Involvement in high-level real estate projects If you meet the profile and wish to join a dynamic and growing team, apply now!
