




Responsibilities * Respond to phone calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries after they have purchased any of our products through distributors. * Provide advice on features and benefits across our entire product catalog. * Follow up on all administrative and operational processes to ensure timely delivery to end customers (end customers and warranties). * Prepare physical exchange order forms. * Track warranty claim reports. * Coordinate with all departments—shipping, operations, sales, etc.—to monitor process status. Requirements 1. Completed bachelor's degree or near completion in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
