




**Requirements:** * Education: Completed Secondary or High School (technical training in mechanics, hydraulics, or electromechanics preferred). * Minimum Experience: 3 years operating hydraulic, telescopic, or Hiab-type cranes, preferably in industrial projects or public lighting installations. * Valid driver's license type **C or E** (according to gross vehicle weight). * Knowledge of **safe lifting operations, load securing, and vehicle stabilization.** * Ability to interpret basic blueprints, load diagrams, and safety signage. * Desired: * DC-3 certification in industrial safety or working at heights. * Experience operating post hole diggers or pole augers. * Basic electrical knowledge (to assist in lighting installation). **Responsibilities:** * Operate crane or auger machine to perform lifting, drilling, and installation of poles or structures. * Daily inspection of mechanical and safety conditions of the unit prior to starting work (pre-operation checklist). * Ensure proper anchoring and stabilization of equipment before each operation. * Collaborate with Safety/Project Supervisor in defining work zones and preventive signage. * Load, unload, and position poles, luminaires, or materials according to installation plans. * Report any anomalies, damages, or risks identified on site. * Maintain the unit clean, organized, and in optimal operating condition. * Keep records of usage hours, preventive maintenance, and operation reports. * Comply at all times with safety regulations and industrial client guidelines. **Soft Skills** * High responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail and preventive mindset. * Punctuality and discipline. **Performance Metrics** * Zero incidents or accidents during operations. * 100% compliance with daily safety and maintenance checklists. * Zero damage to materials or infrastructure during operations. * Punctuality and precision in executing maneuvers. * Satisfaction from internal or external clients on each assigned project.
