Work location: Parque Exportec 1, Toluca Work schedule: 6 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00 (including weekends) Gross monthly salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Work modality: On-site What Does Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Ensure 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Manage and maintain modification, addition, and change (MAC) records for all IT electrical circuits Manage the change control process, preserving data and documentation integrity Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance services performed by specialized vendors Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance plan, prioritizing regulatory requirements Ensure timely execution of reactive, corrective, proactive, and predictive maintenance Maintain asset database integrity and track work orders in CMMS Develop and monitor the CAPEX plan for asset replacement based on lifecycle Lead improvement initiatives and energy reduction and sustainability projects Maintain close communication with the client to report operational risks and progress Desired Experience and Technical Skills Engineer: Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, or Industrial (degree holder or currently completing degree) 3–5 years of experience in sites with critical infrastructure requiring continuous operation (24/7) More than 5 years supervising technical personnel under a matrix reporting structure Intermediate English proficiency with written communication and technical interpretation capability Knowledge of critical mission site standards (UPTIME Institute or ICREA) Experience resolving technical issues with high urgency Familiarity with CMMS systems (Corrigo, 360 Facility, Maximo, SAP) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 8 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, electrician, lineman, electricista, data
