EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise project execution in accordance with safety and hygiene standards, controlling risks and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on site. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on site. 2. Lead safety training and inductions for personnel and suppliers. 3. Implement corrective actions and follow-up for continuous safety improvements. **Job Objective:** Supervise that projects are executed in compliance with established safety and hygiene standards, ensuring risk control and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on site. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Safety, or related field (or demonstrable experience) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations Experience in construction and site supervision **Key Responsibilities:** Deliver safety training and inductions to personnel and suppliers Generate and manage work permits Supervise proper use of PPE, machinery, and tools Identify and prevent hazards (electrical, heights, welding, machinery, etc.) Coordinate site access with client security Continuously supervise internal personnel and suppliers Detect and correct unsafe acts Administer anti-doping and breathalyzer tests Coordinate cleanliness and order in work areas Align with client EHS regulations Coordinate emergency brigades and plans Investigate and report occupational accidents Implement corrective actions Assess conditions to halt high-risk work Follow up on continuous safety improvements Salary: $21,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
