Administrative skills, knowledge of logistics or supply chain, and negotiation ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mandatory) RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Tracking purchase requisitions, managing suppliers, and supporting the Procurement Department to ensure timely material supply. \* Order tracking \* Verification of requested materials \* Inventory control \* Supplier evaluation and development of improvement strategies \* Cost control and optimization through better agreements, consolidated purchases, and volume negotiations \* Establishing solid and lasting relationships to ensure continuous supply and foster innovation \* Invoice and payment validation for appropriate accounting control \* Warranty follow-up in case of quality or defect issues \* Entering invoices into the system for various branches \* Applying credit notes in the system \* Generating reports \* Supporting the Commercial Department WORK LOCATION: Santa Ana Tlapaltitlán, Toluca.
