




MAIN ACTIVITIES Collect and analyze data from recruitment and selection processes. Prepare reports and indicators (KPIs) on hiring, turnover, and performance. Maintain and clean candidate and employee databases. Support the automation and improvement of HR analytics processes. Generate dashboards and periodic reports for the department. Collaborate with the Human Resources team in data interpretation. Ensure confidentiality and proper information management. SKILLS Analytical and logical thinking. KNOWLEDGE Data analysis and database management. Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar). Human Resources indicators (turnover, time-to-hire, etc.). Basic statistical knowledge. Desirable: SQL or similar tools. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems, Organizational Psychology or related field. Prior experience in data analysis or administrative areas (preferably in HR). Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools. Availability to work during established hours.
