Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to integrate data, build models, and deliver strategic insights, supporting decision-making across multiple business areas. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into the Corporate Analytics and Big Data team 2. Support for strategic decision-making across various business areas 3. Development of executive dashboards and data analysis for decision-making We are looking for a **Business Intelligence Developer** to join the Corporate Analytics and Big Data team in Mexico City. **Job Objective:** Acquisition, cleansing, modeling, analysis, and presentation of information using Business Intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Billing, Collections, Customer Service, Finance, Auditing, and Human Resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Building information cubes from diverse data sources. * Designing and structuring KPIs for different business areas. * Developing executive dashboards in Qlik Sense. * Optimizing information structures for more efficient analysis. * Presenting strategic information to various organizational levels. * Training key users in indicator development and analysis. * Administering and maintaining BI-related infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Sciences, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in Business Intelligence. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL. * Experience with visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Solid knowledge of data modeling, databases, statistics, and information analysis. * Advanced Excel skills. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and indicator development. * Teamwork. * Planning and time management. * Ability to work under pressure. **On-site work arrangement.** **Work location: Mexico City.** If you have experience developing executive dashboards and performing data analysis for strategic decision-making, apply through this channel.
