Report preparation and master sample preservation Due to increased production volume, we are seeking: **RTE Development Technician** **Requirements:** * Leather manufacturing technician * Experience in development from RCP to RTE * Knowledge of chemicals and color matching * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (internships considered) * Willingness to learn and make decisions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track development progress from request through delivery to pre-finishing * Conduct physical tests from RCP to RTE * Prepare reports, preserve master samples, and maintain related logs.
