Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. **Position Type** * Full-time, 8-hour shift. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Location: Vita Plaza, Av. Gomez Morin. **Responsibilities** * Initial and ongoing training of operational staff (baristas, cashiers, supervisors). * Performance monitoring of floor staff and continuous feedback. * Ensuring compliance with operational, service, and quality protocols. * Adapting learning tools (learning strategies). * Supporting processes related to training and operations. * Delivering training courses. **Skills** * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Proactive. * Organizational skills. **Requirements** * Age: 19 years or older. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum 8 months of experience in operational training, preferably in cafés or the restaurant industry. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent communication skills and ability to teach effectively. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * **Willingness to travel between branches.** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth. * Uniforms. * Employee discount. * Complimentary beverage. * Punctuality bonus.
