




Job Summary: This position ensures the achievement of production schedules and targets through the administration and coordination of material and human resources, supervising personnel and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates resources for daily production. 2. Leads teams and fosters a culture of quality and safety. 3. Resolves production issues with interdepartmental support. ***Job Objective:*** Ensure the achievement of production schedules and targets based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards through the administration and coordination of material and human resources. ***Responsibilities:*** \-Reviews and analyzes the daily production plan, paying special attention to specific priorities, capacities, and line balancing. \-Takes over the shift with key details and promptly corrects deviations to ensure production continuity. \-Supervises the work of assigned personnel and ensures no idle time occurs during daily operations, coordinating operator activities during maintenance stoppages and mold changeovers. \-Plans and coordinates material and human resources to ensure smooth daily production startup and target achievement. \-Verifies machinery, tools, and raw materials to ensure production startup and schedule adherence. \-Monitors and tracks the activities of each team member. \-Observes, promotes, and corrects safety conditions and behaviors to prevent incidents and accidents. \-Controls and supervises product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process via personal and team monitoring. \-Manages assigned personnel by selecting, onboarding, training, developing, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and, if necessary, terminating employment. \-Manages payroll incidents as well as absenteeism, turnover, and safety indicators. \-Resolves production issues by analyzing situations and requesting support from service, quality, mold shop, maintenance, process, and engineering departments. \-Leads and promotes a culture of quality, safety, order, cleanliness, and positive workplace climate within areas of influence. \-Ensures achievement of production, quality, waste, and resource efficiency indicators. \-Prepares daily production reports and process and human resource performance indicators. ***Profile:*** * Age: 25–45 years * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineer or Technician * Gender: Unrestricted * Availability to work rotating shifts **Experience:** **Mandatory** * Minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor, directly managing at least 50 unionized operators. * Experience in plastic manufacturing companies utilizing blow molding and injection molding processes.
