**Main Responsibilities:** * Manage TF Group's official social media channels, maintaining consistent communication with the marketing strategy. * Design, edit, and publish audiovisual content (videos, reels, clips, podcasts) in formats optimized for each platform. * Ensure scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of community interactions across digital platforms. * Participate in content campaign planning in coordination with the marketing department. * Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, views, retention) and provide periodic reports. * Collaborate in the audiovisual production of institutional materials, events, informational capsules, and program launches. * Manage and keep the group’s digital content library updated. * Support the promotion of events, workshops, and programs through live streams or promotional content. * Ensure all content meets the Institute’s quality standards, communication tone, and visual style. * Coordinate with academic and commercial teams to support communication for launches, promotions, or campaigns. **Required Competencies and Skills:** * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Audition or equivalent). * Knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Creative ability and aesthetic sense aligned with the group's identity. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline-compliance skills. * Effective communication and collaborative work abilities. * Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. * Sensitivity towards wellness, health, and conscious lifestyle topics (aligned with the Toxic Free philosophy).
