




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator skilled in payroll calculation and supervision to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the payroll process. 2. Payroll calculation and reconciliation, final settlements, and severance payments. 3. Advising internal clients and colleagues on payroll-related matters. An excellent company is looking for your talent as a Payroll Coordinator. Minimum 3 years of experience in WEEKLY and BI-WEEKLY payroll processing. Proficiency in SUA/IDSE/INFONAVIT/FONACOT (SIROC). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Experience with CONTPAQ software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours / HC 2,000. Salary, benefits, deductions, taxes, and extraordinary payments calculation. Final settlement and severance payment calculation. Variable compensation calculation. Payroll, final settlement, and severance e-stamping. Payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. Advising internal clients and colleagues. Coordinating payroll payment scheduling. Supervising the payroll process. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculation, including deductions, overtime hours, and any applicable adjustments. Supervising the recording of attendance incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.). We offer: Base salary: $25,000 net. Statutory benefits. Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: Starting at $25,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
