**Systems Analyst (Operations) – MONTERREY** Monterrey, Nuevo León \| On-site with remote work opportunity Offered Salary: $ 17,000 to 22,000 MXN monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday \| 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Annual employment contract At **BlissIT**, we are seeking a **Systems Analyst (Operations)** focused on functional analysis and technology project tracking. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and coordinating deliverables with technical teams to ensure successful implementations. **Responsibilities** * Interview operational users to understand business requests and needs. * Analyze current operational processes and systems. * Create technical and operational diagrams for requirements and projects. * Gather technical requests from development teams: * Mobile * Web Backend / Frontend * SAP MM / SAP SD * ABAP Development * Prepare test scenarios and cases (testing/UAT). * Track projects and requirements through to production launch (Go Live). * Generate functional documentation and user manuals. * Train end users. **Required Profile** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in: * Computer Science * Systems Engineering **Experience** * Minimum 2 years participating in IT projects. * Minimum 2 years providing support and follow-up to end users. **Technical Knowledge** **Mandatory:** * SQL * SAP MM * SAP SD * Technical documentation **Desirable:** * IT project management **We seek a candidate with:** * Strong analytical and documentation skills. * Effective communication with users and technical teams. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Problem-solving orientation. * Collaborative teamwork skills.
