Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Representative to perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices, provide technical support to sales, and transport equipment using a specialized vehicle. Sensitivity and empathy toward customers (physicians, patients) Field Technical Representative Job Description: We are looking for a Field Technical Representative responsible for performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices (e.g., PSOS, high-flow ventilators, etc.) and providing technical support to the sales department. The role includes specialized driving of a 1.8-ton Crafter vehicle equipped with safety measures and satellite monitoring, to deliver medical equipment to customers at hospitals and homes. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site maintenance: repairs, component replacements, and equipment inspections. Coordinate major maintenance activities by assembling the appropriate technical team. Drive the distribution vehicle following safety protocols and driving habit audits. Transport medical equipment (515 kg) using protective cases and appropriate tools. Provide technical support to the sales department without engaging in direct commercial activities. Maintain sensitivity and empathy toward customers (physicians, patients), understanding the vital importance of the equipment. Requirements: Technical education in electronics or electrical engineering. Experience handling and caring for electronic components (experience with medical equipment preferred). Valid federal Class B driver's license. Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and commitment to patient safety. Willingness to travel domestically (12 trips per month).
