




Job Summary: The Executive Coordinator serves as the direct liaison between General Management and various departments, ensuring effective communication, centralizing information, and following up on agreements to align operations with organizational objectives. Centralizes information, channels inquiries, and resolves operational conflicts Purpose of the Position The Executive Coordinator is the direct liaison between General Management and the company's various departments, responsible for ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication among departments and the General Director. The primary function is to centralize information, channel inquiries, resolve operational conflicts, and follow up on agreements—ensuring that management decisions are communicated accurately and that departments receive appropriate support to maintain operations aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities Ensure effective communication between Management and departments. Promptly identify and escalate situations that may impact operations. Maintain confidentiality of the company's strategic information. Timely follow-up on agreements and decisions made by General Management. Interdepartmental Coordination Facilitate communication and collaboration among the company's various departments. Ensure departments operate in alignment with the company's strategic priorities. Support coordination of projects or initiatives involving multiple departments. Monitoring of KPIs and Projects Follow up on commitments and objectives established by General Management. Supervise timely and accurate delivery of requested information and progress updates from departments. Prepare executive reports for General Management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Administrative or operational coordination experience. Direct experience working with senior management or executives.
