Excellent work environment **Location:** Northern Zone of Monterrey, Nuevo León (Lincoln Area) **Department:** Warehouse / Operations **Reports to:** Operations Supervisor **Contract Type:** Temporary for 3 months, with potential for extension and permanent placement based on performance. **Job Objective** Ensure proper control, storage, and administration of inventories of spare parts, filters, tools, electrical materials, and fluids, ensuring timely availability and delivery to support company operations, maintenance, and projects. This position is critical to maintaining operational continuity and efficient asset control within a dynamic industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, verify, and deliver materials and spare parts. * Control and record warehouse receipts and issuances. * Organize and arrange inventory according to safety and order standards. * Prepare and pick materials for maintenance, installations, and deliveries. * Conduct cyclic inventories, physical counts, and inventory reconciliations. * Maintain updated ERP system or administrative warehouse controls. * Verify physical and functional conditions of received equipment and materials. * Assist in loading and unloading industrial equipment, compressors, and power plants. * Control, safeguard, and track company tools and assets. * Coordinate with operational and technical service departments for material delivery. * Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. * Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages. * Comply with industrial safety policies and proper material handling procedures. * Occasional support in procurement processes and material tracking (prior procurement experience preferred). Requirements **Education** * Completed secondary education or related technical degree. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate in industrial environments. * Experience handling spare parts, tools, or electromechanical equipment. * Preferred experience in energy, machinery, construction, or industrial service companies. * Preferred experience or support in procurement processes, quotations, or supplier follow-up. **Technical Knowledge** * Inventory control and administration. * ERP or warehouse system operation. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Documentation control for receipts and issuances. * Preferred knowledge of electrical components, power plants, compressors, or industrial equipment. * Forklift operation (preferred).
