We are a 100% online engineering university with presence in Mexico and Colombia, and we need someone to guarantee that our systems, equipment, and platforms always operate at peak performance. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** * Provide technical support to faculty, administrative staff, and students regarding the use of equipment, software, and institutional platforms. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, projectors, printers, and peripherals. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. * Manage users, access rights, and backups on educational platforms (Moodle, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365\). * Monitor institutional network security: internet, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and antivirus. * Track technical incidents to ensure timely resolution. * Administer and maintain institutional databases, ensuring integrity and availability. * Support the operation of audiovisual equipment for hybrid classes, events, and virtual sessions. * Propose technological improvements to enhance the institution’s operational efficiency. * Maintain updated inventories and generate maintenance reports. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, IT Engineering, Informatics, or related field. * Technical English is desirable. **Desired Experience:** * 2 years in technical support and equipment maintenance. * 1 year in network or platform administration. * 1 year in user support and assistance within educational environments. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hardware and software installation and maintenance. * LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration. * Administration of educational platforms (Moodle, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365\). * Remote support tools. * Cybersecurity, backups, and SQL databases. * Windows and macOS operating systems. * Videoconferencing platforms: Zoom, Meet, Teams. **PROFILE WE SEEK** We seek a service-oriented individual with analytical capability to rapidly resolve failures and proactive mindset to anticipate issues before they occur.
