Coordinate and implement continuous training programs for organizational staff, completion of training and development courses, and follow-up on training needs assessments. 8\. Preparation, updating, and implementation of policies, internal processes, and induction courses. 9\. Identification of training needs and assessment of workplace climate. 10\. Supervision of payroll processing and distribution of pay slips to employees. 11\. Handling and follow-up of employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS and Infonavit. 12\. Addressing, monitoring, and resolving internal and external labor issues, including matters before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board, as well as management of employee severance settlements and coordination of labor claims with the Legal Department. 13\. Preparation and updating of organizational charts for various offices. 14\.
