




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production / Continuous Improvement Supervisor to manage resources, coordinate production lines, ensure quality and delivery timelines, and collaborate on problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages resources efficiently and coordinates production lines. 2. Ensures compliance with production, quality, and regulatory standards. 3. Collaborates with support departments for continuous improvement. AFL Telecomunicaciones is a company dedicated to assembling fiber optic cables and a wide range of other state-of-the-art telecommunications products, including conductor accessories, fiber optic connectivity, fusion splicing, and test and inspection equipment. We are expanding and seeking talent for the position of: Production / Continuous Improvement Supervisor Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM Requirements: * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (transcript required) * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. * Strong sense of urgency. Responsibilities: * Efficiently manage workforce, materials, and equipment within the assigned area. * Coordinate and maintain organization and performance of the production line using key indicators. * Meet established production, quality, and delivery schedule standards. * Collaborate with support departments to resolve production issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and documentation (TL9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). * Guarantee adherence to operational practices, safety, environmental requirements, and internal regulations. * Monitor that company values and principles are upheld across supervised production lines. * Control waste levels to ensure they do not exceed established limits.
