Job Summary: Monitor and track units in transit to ensure adherence to scheduled times and routes, providing up-to-date support to drivers and customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident reporting and updating during transit **TLE GUADALUPE IS SEEKING A TRAFFIC ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Monitor and track units in transit via internal and customer platforms to ensure compliance with scheduled times and routes, thereby providing timely support to drivers and customers throughout the journey. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and track assigned units in the system to ensure adherence to scheduled route times. * Respond to and inform customers of their cargo's current status to prevent disruptions caused by delays in the supply chain timeline. * Report and update any incident or situation affecting the operator's transit time to destination by adjusting ETAs to ensure rapid response, minimize delays, and maintain service continuity. * Verify and ensure that the GPS satellites on tractors and equipment function properly to minimize operational risks and provide accurate updates to customers. * Record and update reports of in-transit failures for assigned units to document incidents and facilitate process improvements. **SCHEDULE:** * 2 days on day shift (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) * 2 days on night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) **WE OFFER:** \- Statutory benefits \- 100% IMSS coverage from day one \- Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) \- Profit sharing (Utilidades) \- Vacation premium (Prima vacacional) \- Career growth opportunities \- Direct employment contract with the company **For more information:** **SEND YOUR RESUME TO 8181618178 WITH LIC.
