Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience). Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic). Structured cabling (desirable). Router, Switch, and Network Switch configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the client. Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
