Join us to shape the future of our security landscape and make a lasting impact. **Responsibilities** * Design and build scalable security solutions * Help architect and implement robust security strategies * Ensure technology integration complies with security policies and standards * Collaborate with business units to align security with objectives * Mentor team members in security best practices * Plan and develop policies for supported security systems * Maintain awareness of security technology trends and issues * Troubleshoot and resolve complex security incidents * Develop and execute long\-term IAM strategies * Support and enhance authentication and federation systems * Ensure application and system security across diverse platforms **Requirements** * 3\+ years experience with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python * General knowledge of Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP Directory Services * Understanding of intrusion detection, security policies, and OS hardening * Solid knowledge of SSO, Federation (SAML and/or OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Familiarity with identity management concepts and cloud technology * Basic understanding of device authentication * Ability to lead and mentor team members in security best practices * Proven experience developing long\-term strategies for security systems * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) level English proficiency **Nice to have** * Experience with additional IAM technologies * Hands\-on skills with HashiCorp Vault * Knowledge of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Expertise in tracing and logging security events * Real\-time troubleshooting skills for security tools
