**Position: Fleet Coordinator** **Job Objective** Ensure the availability, efficiency, and optimal condition of the vehicle fleet, guaranteeing its operation and continuity in logistics activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Coordinate and supervise repairs at external workshops. * Conduct daily inspections before and after each route. * Transport vehicles to workshops for service or repair. * Monitor vehicles in real time using GPS (Geotab AT&T). * Evaluate and negotiate with workshops and automotive service providers. * Manage quotations, services, spare parts, and towing services. * Report weekly on the condition and cleanliness of vehicles. * Assist in order entry and completion of operational checklists. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in fleet management and maintenance**. * Education: **Automotive Mechanical Technician** or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong decision-making, incident resolution, and operational analysis skills. **Skills and Personal Characteristics** * Organized, proactive, and dynamic. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Quick response and problem-solving ability. * Responsible, punctual, and enthusiastic about operational work.
