Casa Blanca University is seeking: Educational Advisor (Enrollment and Sales Area) **Position Details** Position: Educational Advisor Monthly salary: $14,000 MXN before taxes Additional benefits: Statutory benefits \+ commissions based on performance targets Work schedule: \- Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00\. \- Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00\. \- 1-hour lunch break. **Position Objective** Provide personalized service to prospective and current students, promoting the institution's academic programs and ensuring enrollment targets are met through warm, clear, and results-oriented counseling. **Main Responsibilities** \- Attend, guide, and follow up with prospects interested in various degree programs and courses. \- Manage complete enrollment processes, from initial contact to closure. \- Maintain prospect databases and conduct timely follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. \- Support promotional events, educational fairs, and institutional activities. \- Meet monthly enrollment targets and KPIs set by coordination. \- Maintain effective communication with faculty, academic coordination, and administrative departments. \- Prepare weekly reports on progress and conversion rates. \- Represent the institution with a professional and positive attitude. **Requirements** \- Age: 20 to 25 years. \- Education: Completed high school (preferably some college coursework completed or currently enrolled). \- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, or preferably in the education sector. \- Skills in recording and organizing information. \- Excellent spelling, verbal communication, and professional presence. \- Availability to work established hours and participate in events. **Skills and Personal Qualities** \- Proactivity. \- Positive attitude and youthful energy. \- Persuasion and sales closing ability. \- Empathy, patience, and a vocation for educational guidance. \- Organization and consistent follow-up. \- Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to goals.
