WORKSHOP MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
\- Experience in diagnosis and repair of 2-stroke and 4-stroke internal combustion engines, gasoline and diesel engines, mechanical systems such as clutches, gearboxes, transmissions, and vibration systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems; preventive maintenance.
\- Knowledge of standards (valid driver's license required).
\- Education: Technical high school diploma.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
\- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance work orders issued by the system with the highest quality and in the shortest possible time.
\- Perform on-site corrective maintenance work orders.
\- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace by applying the 5S methodology.
\- Store and organize equipment based on the first-in, first-out principle.
\- Identify failures, shortages, or damages in rental equipment during preventive maintenance.
Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month
