




**Company Description:** At AMEDIRH, we share the TALENT of individuals according to their knowledge, experience, and competencies that enhance the value of our partners' culture through behaviors and attitudes that differentiate them in the labor market. **Job Functions:** A partner company of Amedirh is seeking a “TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR” REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Previous experience in on-site training and architectural offices. * Experience delivering virtual and/or in-person training, teaching at educational institutions, and managing groups. * Technical knowledge in blueprint reading, construction processes, instructional design, and training content development. * Intermediate level of English. RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver specialized technical training on installation processes, specifications, care of USG systems, general characteristics, benefits of systems, among others, in theoretical and/or hands-on (practical) formats. * Develop training materials and content for technical videos. * Prepare training reports, attendance records, and documentation on material and tool usage and control. * Evaluate training outcomes related to installation processes, as well as general and technical knowledge of USG solutions. * Assess participants’ level of knowledge and technical proficiency in installation procedures. * Coordinate course schedules and classroom assignments with the Training Center Coordinator. * Ensure availability and proper functionality of materials/supplies required for training activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Experience in training on construction sites, architectural offices, and educational settings (virtual/in-person). Group management and development of training content.
