Efficient use of resources in projects **Position: Costs and Budgeting** **Position Objective** Plan, develop, and control construction project costs and budgets, ensuring financial viability, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of the project's economic objectives. **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years in cost and budget management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction budgeting. * Unit price analysis. * Cost control. * Construction regulations and processes. **Tools:** * Advanced Excel. * Cost and budgeting software (Opus, Neodata, Presto, or similar). * Reading and interpretation of construction drawings. **We Offer:** * Working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Biweekly payment * 100% IMSS coverage from day one 100% on-site employment at offices located in San Pedro, Garza García, N.L. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
