Job Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support executive management, manage schedules, perform administrative duties, and consolidate KPIs for a plastics company. Key Highlights: 1. Company located at: **Salamanca-Sal Road, 6 minutes from Tec de Morelia** **We offer**: * **Base salary**: $11,000 to $13,000 (to be determined based on experience and qualifications). * Performance bonus ($3,000 to $4,000). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * Company-issued laptop and mobile phone. * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. **Key Responsibilities**: * Support to management. * Schedule control and management. * Support for administrative functions. * Consolidation of departmental KPIs. **Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or higher. * 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. * English proficiency of 80–90%; speaking ability is essential. * Experience with an agile methodology platform. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with an administrative system (e.g., SAE). * Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills.
