Position Summary: Collaborate in the supervision, coordination, and support of various departmental activities to ensure optimal operation, quality, and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the supervision and coordination of departments for efficiency. 2. Participation in technical studies and budgeting for new constructions. 3. Support in the implementation of programs and development of manuals. - Collaborate in supervising various departments to identify optimal departmental performance - Support coordination of departmental activities to ensure their optimal execution in terms of timing, method, and required quality - Collaborate in conducting necessary technical studies and budgeting to assess feasibility of new construction projects - Participate in implementing authorized work programs for the construction and maintenance areas, in accordance with established parameters and standards - Support administration of the technical center responsible for delivering required services to provide quality customer service - Participate in developing policy and procedure manuals to ensure proper implementation within the department. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 37 years Driver's License: Class A Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, project manager, captain, zone, area
