Leadership and organization **Job Description** We are seeking a Civil Works Resident responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of construction projects, ensuring that activities are carried out in compliance with drawings, technical specifications, budget, and established timelines. **Responsibilities** * Supervise field construction execution in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. * Monitor construction progress and adherence to the work schedule. * Verify the quality of completed work. * Prepare physical and photographic progress reports. * Manage material requisitions and supply control. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Knowledge of construction processes and site management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Willingness to work on-site.
