Coordinate with sales, front desk, and housekeeping The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing reservations, confirming bookings, handling inquiries, and resolving problems. * Supervise the registration, modification, and cancellation of individual and group reservations. * Maintain up-to-date room availability and ensure data accuracy. * Manage deposits, guarantees, and cancellation policies. * Optimize occupancy, preventing overbooking or managing it if it occurs. * Adjust room rates according to demand and competition. * Promote sales of higher-margin rooms and special packages. * Coordinate with the sales department on follow-up for groups and events. * Recruit, train, and motivate reservation staff. * Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure room readiness. * Handle VIP guest and travel agency services Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,001\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
