




Job Summary: A Warehouse Associate manages the receipt, storage, picking, packing, delivery, and shipment of materials, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service orientation and organizational skills **OBJECTIVE:** A Warehouse Associate performs activities related to receiving, maintaining inventory levels, picking, packing, delivering, and shipping materials. The role also includes counter deliveries, cleaning, and other tasks related to safety and quality assurance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive all incoming material shipments. * Verify incoming materials and supporting documentation for warehouse and system entry. * Reject and/or annotate documentation for materials that are incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or erroneous, ensuring appropriate records are maintained in both documentation and the system. * Store received materials in designated warehouse locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate materials upon prior notice to the warehouse supervisor. * Record and update purchase order and material receipts, issues, and status in the AS400 / eCrib system. * Deliver requested materials per warehouse procedures, using required documentation and recording transactions in the computer system. * Notify customers of urgent material arrivals for immediate delivery. * Prepare records and reports required by warehouse processes and the immediate supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, receiving and delivery areas, and aisles. * Properly use work tools and, as applicable, transport equipment, forklifts, etc.; administer preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety practices for warehouse operations. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Junior high school or high school diploma. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven experience as a warehouse associate or warehouse supervisor, inventory, and logistics within the industry. **SKILLS:** Experience in receiving and storing materials in warehouses. Basic mathematical operation skills; basic computer operation knowledge. Experience operating transport units, depending on specific warehouse/site requirements. **ATTRIBUTES:** Customer service orientation. No physical restrictions preventing lifting, bending, or handling packages.
