




Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and utensils, supporting the operational team to ensure efficient and safe service. Key Highlights: 1. Requires ability to perform continuous physical work at a fast pace **Position Objective** Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas, supporting the operational team to maintain efficient and safe service. **Responsibilities** * Wash utensils, tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and correctly. * Remove heavy grime and grease while complying with hygiene standards. * Keep the washing and production areas clean and disinfected. * Assist with general cleaning of the kitchen and common areas. * Store utensils in their designated locations. * Support the team with basic tasks as needed. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen (preferred). * Minimum education: secondary school. * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented. * Ability to perform continuous physical work at a fast pace. * Flexible availability for scheduling. **We Offer** * Base salary: **$7,000 MXN monthly** + tips * Weekly payment * Job stability * Positive work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with **1 rotating weekday off**. 7:00 am to 3:00 pm **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
