Purpose of the Position Ensure that operational, administrative, and financial processes are executed in accordance with established policies and controls, identifying risks and generating actions that contribute to the business’s continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing Execute internal control reviews and tests across various organizational areas. Assess compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement. Document results of audits and reviews conducted. Prepare reports on findings and recommendations. Follow up on action plans derived from audits. Collaborate with operational and administrative teams to strengthen controls. Participate in initiatives related to compliance, ethics, and risk management. What Will Help You Succeed in This Role Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. Experience in internal audit, internal control, compliance, or process review. General knowledge of risk management and administrative controls. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various departments across the company.
