Job Responsibilities: Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests Competency-based interviews Onboarding management Personnel file preparation Administration of employee engagement surveys Performance evaluations Training plans Creation of control dashboards (HR KPIs) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Labor Relations. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, AI tools, Canva, and Google Forms. Knowledge of: Data cross-referencing, report presentation, instructional design, survey and evaluation administration. 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. Willingness to travel.
