Warehouse Operator (Forklift)

Description

Job Summary: Ensure the proper execution of warehouse logistics activities, guaranteeing material integrity and operational efficiency while collaborating with teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper execution of receiving and dispatching activities. 2. Collaborate with the transportation team and support other departments. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. Ensure the proper execution of receiving, storage, and dispatching activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and in external warehouses, complying with established procedures. Responsibilities: * Unload packaging materials and raw materials. * Operate forklifts to safely and efficiently move products and materials within the facility. * Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts of products and materials. * Deliver raw materials and packaging materials to the processing and production areas. * Manage transportation equipment (care and maintenance) to ensure its integrity, as well as complete the corresponding checklists. * Verify material traceability through accurate recordkeeping in designated systems or forms. * Manage material-related incidents (shortages, damages, picking errors) and follow up on their resolution. Requirements: * Valid forklift operator license. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a forklift operator. * Knowledge of gas-powered forklifts with seated operator configuration. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
