Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead industrialized housing construction projects, managing large teams and maintaining strict budget control. Knowledge of industrialization of Social Interest Housing Construction Superintendent We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager **with high-volume industrialized housing production**, having held the position of **Construction Superintendent or Construction Manager** for a minimum of **3 years**, plus 2 additional years in roles such as Building Resident and/or Production Manager. Management of teams exceeding **300 piece-rate workers** and **20 Building Residents and Supervisors**, as well as administration and strict budgetary control with minimal deviations. Management of development of **5,000 sellable units**, including **land, houses, and apartments**. It is **very important to have established work ties in Cancún or the Riviera Maya**, with at least **3 years of experience in the region**, working with teams composed of piece-rate labor, subcontractors, and construction contracts. Knowledge of sequential processes for **industrialization of horizontal or vertical Social Interest Housing construction**.
