Management of operational personnel Daily attendance tracking Review and clarification of pre-payroll documents Coverage planning Conducting Service Needs Assessments (SNA) Issuing specific instructions Conducting ongoing evaluations of security guards Preparing meeting minutes with clients Reporting service incidents Recruiting, selecting, and hiring personnel Administrative–operational personnel processes New employee onboarding protocol Field-based training focused on learning specific instructions Following up on customer satisfaction surveys Monitoring security equipment needs Providing assigned personnel with necessary tools to perform their duties Conducting motivational activities for assigned personnel Site visits to verify service delivery Providing necessary guidance to assigned personnel regarding any questions related to instructions or internal company information.
