




Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and evaluating training programs, maintaining databases, registering training activities with the STPS, and designing internal manuals. Design of Internal Training Manuals and Regulations Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, and Psychology Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain up-to-date databases on staff academic and administrative training and professional development. • Organize and implement courses, workshops, and induction programs according to identified needs. • Evaluate the impact of training programs through analysis of results and institutional feedback. • Register and validate training activities with the STPS, including issuance of DC3 forms and certifications. • Design and update training area plans, programs, manuals, and internal regulations. • Coordinate archiving and safeguarding of evidence and documentation related to departmental activities. • Provide academic advisory services and follow-up support to teaching and administrative staff regarding professional development. • Participate in institutional committees and collaborate with other departments to continuously improve development programs.
