Industrial Maintenance Coordinator **Are you a maintenance expert with strategic vision and operational leadership?** At **Grupo Ortiz**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Coordinator** committed to technical excellence and safety. Your mission will be to ensure the availability and reliability of our equipment and facilities by leading the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to optimize productivity. Main Responsibilities: * **Strategic Management:** Plan and ensure implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance, managing backlog and equipment criticality. * **Team Leadership:** Lead technical staff across shifts and on-call duties, promoting operational discipline, training, and safety. * **Problem Solving:** Lead critical corrective actions and apply root cause analysis methodologies (RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to eliminate recurring failures. * **Administrative Control:** Manage the department’s budget, oversee suppliers, and ensure inventory of critical spare parts in coordination with Procurement and Warehousing. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to industrial safety protocols, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and permits for hazardous work. * **Traceability:** Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, drawings, and reports in CMMS or ERP systems. What Profile Are We Seeking? * **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
