We specialize in the development and production of adhesives, sealants, and coatings for the construction industry. With over 30 years of experience, we work closely with flooring and tile distributors, hardware stores, and building material suppliers across the country. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems, technological infrastructure, and networks, delivering efficient user support and contributing to the company’s operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Management, organization, and maintenance of IT systems. * Administration and support of network infrastructure. * Remote technical support to users. * Administration and proficiency in enterprise platforms such as **SAP**. * Software updates and maintenance. * Analysis and identification of areas for improvement in technological infrastructure. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling and networking. * Administration and use of **CRM** systems. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support and system administration. * Knowledge of networking, basic cabling, and IT infrastructure. * Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred). * Knowledge of CRM systems. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capacity. * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer** * Job stability in a solid and growing company. * Opportunity for professional development. * Collaborative work environment. * Benefits in accordance with labor law.
