The Storyteller translates institutional strategy into engaging, consistent narratives aligned with brand values, contributing to positioning, engagement, and organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities** * **Design narratives and content** that convey the organization’s key messages, adapted to different channels (digital, audiovisual, presentations, social media, intranet, etc.). * **Collaborate with leaders and internal teams** to identify relevant stories that reinforce culture, values, and institutional achievements. * **Write scripts, articles, capsules, speeches, and communication materials** with a creative and strategic approach. * **Develop storytelling for internal and external communication campaigns**, including launches, change initiatives, or talent programs. * **Maintain narrative consistency** across all brand touchpoints (tone, style, visual and verbal language). * **Support multimedia content production**, working with designers, videographers, or agencies. * **Monitor content reception**, measuring impact and engagement to adjust narrative strategies. * **Train or advise** spokespersons or teams in basic storytelling techniques when required. **Specific Knowledge** * Storytelling, copywriting, and persuasive writing techniques. * Content strategy and brand positioning. * Internal and external communication. * Social media management and digital formats. * Basic audiovisual production knowledge (desirable). **Competencies** * Creativity and narrative innovation. * Strategic thinking. * High-level written and verbal communication. * Empathy and audience understanding. * Results and impact orientation. * Collaborative work and positive influence. **Success Indicators** * Level of engagement or interaction with generated content. * Consistency of institutional messaging across platforms. * Positive feedback from leaders and internal audiences. * Timely delivery and quality standards compliance. * Alignment of stories with communication or cultural strategy.
