Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure proper management and product availability in stores, controlling stockouts, display, and shrinkage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise store inventories according to the established schedule 2. Identify and report alerts regarding stockouts or products nearing expiration 3. Monitor turnover by category and suggest adjustments Abarrotera TodoPal, a business located in Morelia, is seeking an Inventory Supervisor. Job Objective: Ensure proper inventory management in stores, guaranteeing product availability, turnover, control of stockouts, and correct in-store product display. Control, prevent, and appropriately address shrinkage, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across business units. Responsibilities include: * Supervise inventories for each store according to the established schedule. * Implement, validate, and monitor daily and weekly stock reports prepared by multifunctional staff. * Verify consistency among sales, outgoing items, incoming items, and replenishments recorded in the system. * Identify and report alerts regarding stockouts, overstock, or products nearing expiration, coordinating corrective actions. * Monitor turnover by category and suggest adjustments to assortment, purchasing, or display strategies. Requirements: * Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or administrative fields. * Experience in similar positions (warehouse, inventory control, or operational supervision). * Minimum 1 year of experience.
