Job Objective Lead the comprehensive operations of The Squad to ensure a premium customer experience, achievement of business goals, and operational efficiency of the studio. Key Responsibilities 1\. Daily Operations * Supervise the proper functioning of all areas (studios, lobby, restrooms, lockers, smoothie bar). * Ensure standards of cleanliness, order, and boutique experience. * Resolve operational issues in real time. 2\. Sales and Growth * Achieve and exceed membership targets. * Oversee the sales process (leads, closings, follow-ups). * Implement strategies to increase retention and repeat purchases. * Activate promotions, events, and launches (e.g., founding memberships). 3\. Customer Experience * Deliver a “wow” experience from arrival through departure. * Resolve complaints and convert them into loyalty opportunities. * Supervise front desk and coaching staff. 4\. Team Leadership * Recruit, train, and supervise staff (coaches, front desk, cleaning). * Cultivate a brand-aligned culture: energy, discipline, and community. * Evaluate performance and provide consistent feedback. 5\. Financial Control * Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability. * Supervise payroll and operational costs. * Report results to management (weekly and monthly KPIs). 6\. Marketing and Community * Coordinate with marketing on content and campaigns.
