Job Description:
* Responsible for daily management of package delivery processes at CSPs and DSPs within their area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to time and quality standards.
* Responsible for monitoring key operational KPIs at CSPs and DSPs within their area, such as package receipt volume, dispatch rate, delivery rate, warehouse retention rate, and customer complaints.
* Responsible for coordinating CSP and DSP human resources to ensure stable operations both in daily activities and during peak demand periods.
* Responsible for identifying new CSPs and DSPs and supporting their training, as well as that of delivery personnel.
* Responsible for guiding CSPs and DSPs in appropriate shift scheduling and delivery route allocation to improve team efficiency.
* Responsible for coordinating resolution of customer issues and complaints within their area of responsibility to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for maintaining relationships with franchisees, supervising compliance of operational processes with company standards and industry regulations, ensuring personnel, package, and asset safety, and mitigating business risks.
* Responsible for proposing reasonable optimization suggestions based on actual operational conditions and franchisee business status to improve profitability within their area of responsibility.
* Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
* Technical or higher education; preference given to professionals in logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in courier services, express transportation, logistics, supply chain, or plant operations management; preference given to candidates with experience managing courier points or teams.
* Prior experience in operational processes and courier management systems is highly valued.
* Strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance skills.
* Responsible, willing to undertake demanding tasks, and highly execution-capable.
* Proficient in office software.
