Scrum Master **Location:** Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master** to join our Agile delivery teams supporting large\-scale enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve their delivery practices while ensuring alignment with business and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong Agile leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience working in distributed teams within complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate **Scrum ceremonies** including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Coach teams on **Agile principles and Scrum best practices** to improve collaboration, productivity, and delivery quality. * Identify and remove **impediments** impacting team progress and coordinate with stakeholders when needed. * Track and report Agile metrics such as **velocity, sprint progress, and team performance**. * Work closely with **Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders** to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a **high\-performing Agile team culture**. * Ensure Agile practices are consistently applied across the team and aligned with organizational delivery standards. Required Qualifications * **5\+ years of experience** working in Agile environments. * **3\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master** supporting software development teams. * Strong understanding of **Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Agile metrics**. * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding cross\-functional teams. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively in **enterprise or large\-scale project environments**. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications * Scrum certifications such as **CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master**. * Experience working with **distributed or global teams**. * Familiarity with Agile tools such as **Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar**. * Experience in **IT consulting or global delivery models**.
