Enjoying customer interaction and honesty Job Objective: Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. Main Responsibilities Requirements Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. Perform all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customer return and referrals. One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. Enjoy interacting with customers. Availability to rotate shifts. Availability to work weekends. Honesty in performing duties. **Value Proposition Starting Salary:** **$1,740 weekly. Weekly commissions:** $600 MXN. Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
