Ideal Candidate Profile General Requirements: * 3\+ years of software development experience (Required) * Proficiency in Git and good programming practices * Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns * Experience in microservices environments * Ability to implement SOLID principles * Experience with unit and integration testing * Ability to mentor junior developers * Intermediate/advanced English (written and spoken) Specific Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in React and its ecosystem (Redux/Zustand, React Router) * Modern JavaScript/JSX * HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SCSS/Sass) * Experience with TailwindCSS and components such as AG GridSENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER! * Familiarity with development tools (Vite, npm/Yarn, Prettier) * Implementation of forms using Formik and validation with Yup * Integration with REST APIs and experience with Axios * Knowledge of Socket.io for real-time applications * Experience optimizing React application performance What We Offer: * Competitive salary ranging from $15,000 to $25,000 per month * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Challenging and cutting-edge projects * Statutory benefits * Continuous professional development * Schedule: Monday to Friday Are You Interested?
